Default DNX Exhaust Part II- for me at least

Alright guys, I placed my order last Friday for one of the extremely cheap DNX exhausts. OK, not cheap, but affordable...
Here are my impressions thus far:

1. Is the deal for real? $160 shipped for an exhaust for the Z??? You bet you. I just got mine today.

2. Is this system quality? Well, if really nicely polished stainless and great looking welds are quality indicators, yes. The system looks really great.

3. What's included? 2 mufflers, 2 into 1 pipe and gaskets and bolts. No Y-pipe. This system installs to the original or aftermarket Y-pipe. Good news is that you can pick one up on e-bay for less than $100.

4. Fitment, Sound--- we'll see. Hopefully this weekend.

5. Ricer factor---- well..... The mufflers are a little cannish. They are quality mufflers, however they are kind of big. So ricer factor about 8 out of 10. 10 being the riciest of them all.

More to come...

Closeout man, thanks for coming thorugh for me. So far I'm happy.

By the way, this exhaust including y-pipe has set me back less than $300. I currently have a Stillen installed and can't wait to see the difference...

It should be interesting to hear how this sounds. I have one arriving today. If it is too loud it will be for sale. I don t know if I could deal with a system that was too loud. I will install it this weekend also.

received my exhaust as well this week. Placed order on moday night, and it was sitting at my door thursday morning. Quality looks good, welds are nice, and it is highly polished. Weighed in at 49 lbs in box iirc. I should be installing later in the week, so will make a new thread with results. cheers.
