The JIC is available from several places, I think I paid $400. for it shipped.
Thanks!!! Just trying to gather as much info as I can.

Worth the wait. Not saying I could bear it but for you looks great!

What a funny infestation story. LOL.

Yeah, ever since this happened I have been checking out the area in front of the filter, just in case... No recurrence yet.

The size of the tips took a little getting used to. The rest of the exhaust looks and sounds like a million bucks. The quality of the welds is second to none; it has to be seen to be believed. By far, the best bang AND bling for the buck I have ever spent. I guarrantee, if you can afford it, you will never regret it.

Bumping this thread because I'll be getting a Z before the end of the year and this is my favorite exhaust on paper.

A buddy of mine thinks the sound will be too loud for residential driving, even at idle and especially at start up. Can you offer any opinion on this? Will it wake the neighbors if one is driving carefully?

Any afermarket exhaust is going to be louder than stock. Also all of them are going to give about the same performance gains. I recommend going to your local Z meets and listening to the different exhaust. If you are truely worried about loudness I recommend the Nismo cat-back. Much cheaper, great gains, and mild tone.

I can't speak for other exhausts but I can for this one. The only other mod I have is a JIC Y-pipe. The combination is indistinguishable from stock at idle and anywhere up to about 3K. After that, the Amuse has a higher pitch and is a "little" louder. It will not set off any alarms, nor wake the neighbors. It does sound good. And by the way, 'any aftermarket exhaust' is not louder than stock, and they do not all give about the same performance gains. I suggest you just read as much as possible and make your own mind, but this is my experience with the Amuse.

yeah, amuse. Amazing sound, not to loud. Don't know about adding test pipes and other flow goodies though. Looks a little wierd at some angles, like it needs to tuck more.
