I found this on Japan parts web site it says it is for the G. 35 but isn't that the same air box as the Z?
It's supposed to be 30 percent less restrictive, just wondering if anyone knows if this is available anywhere here in U.S. yet. I hear conflicting reports about the K&N filter , just thinking of this as a possible alternative.

but for $83? wow. I will get the NISMO exhaust, bodykit, rims and suspension, but i don't know about that.

I was planning on getting a GReddy twin-turbo or the Garrett/NISMO turbo, depending on the numbers.

 

10 times the price of the standard filter, hopefully this spring when NISMO upgrades are sold in local dealers of prices will be more realistic.

 

The NISMO air filter is not re-usable like the K&N. Courtesy Nissan has a couple in stock (and their not cheap!!!).

I think you just have to watch who you purchase from some are ripoffs and price gougers in some are not, that's what's great about competition and I'm sure they'll be plenty in the 350Z market.
