Default Which part of the MAF do I clean?

Some oil from my Pop Charger filter got into my MAF.
Although I quick-cleaned the MAF with compressed air can,
I want to clean it thoroughly just to be safe.

I was told to use rubbing alcohol with Q-tip and gently go
over hot wires, but the trouble is, I'm not sure exactly
which part are hot wires.

I've included the pic of MAF sensor.
Please tell me which part I gotta clean.

Also, even though I rinced out my oily filter, there seem to be quite
a bit of oil still left on one side of the filter...good ways to get rid of it?

If your car runs fine, i wouldnt touch that. Those wires are calibrated for the right voltage, and it might mess up the velocity sensor. If you have 300 bucks to spare, go ahead and use isoproponal (isopropyl alcohol) at 30% and clean it, and if that doesn't work, try 70%. Don't go over that much. Methanol (regular rubbing alcohol) is too strong i think.
