Default I need help!!!

I am trying to install test pipes on my 350Z, but I noticed that their is a bar that goes across from one cat to the tranny and then to the other cat. The test pipes didn't come with any type of holes to screw that bar into. What options am I left with? Whats the purpose of that bar? Can I drive the car without it?

so that bar stabilizes the exhaust?

is there anyway that I can still rig it so that bar can connect to the exhaust?

Remove the bar and install the test pipes. Anything that is left over and does not fit, don't put I back on.
