Default Borla TD resonators

Has anyone removed the resonators just after the h pipe? If so, did it get raspy or too obnoxious? I want a louder exhaust note since it's pretty tame.

I'd add high flow cats or test pipes before trying that.

I'd really like to try the test pipes, but so cal is really tough. I'll probably end up getting high flow cats.

I spoke with the shop that did my engine repair since the owner specializes in bending/welding custom exhaust systems (and any kind of tubing) and he said they removed the resonators from a Z with the borla system for like $65 and it made it louder, now i'm thinkin about doing it
