Here is the deal with the SAFC2 -

Yes the 2004.5 and newer 350'z's have wideband sensors - yes you can datalog with the cipher software that we sell

once you have your stats from the cipher software then you can start tuning your safc2 from those stats - is a dyno needed? No it's not - but you won't know what gains you have gotten from tuning the car - tuning it on the street is no different load wise as it is done on a dyno -

will the safc raise your rev limiter like the reflash? no it won't, the reflash will also put you a lot closer a/f wise depending on your mods, but the safc2 will fine tune for you
