Default went through a HUGE puddle with CAI HELP !

So tonight I was driving back from the city (about 2 hours away) in my 2002 Acura RSX-S with a Fujita F5 CAI when BAM I hit a HUGE storm that was dumping almost 10" of water. I almost made it back when about 15 miles from my exit it's a slight hill and at the bottom was a 2-3 foot puddle. Since I was on the highway going 40-45 and it was a terential down pour and couldn't see a thing, so I had to go through it. As I hit it my car shut off about 5 seconds later. I pull to the side of the road and sit for a minute. I then start the car back up and it was bogging really bad. I let it run for a minute then shut it off again. I waited another 5 minutes and tried again, this time it wasn't bogging so I decided to continue. I got to third gear and it started to bog again. I pull over shut it off, I started it up a white cloud of smoke came out my tail pipe. I waited about 15-20 minutes and when the rain lightened up tried again. This time it started fine and I made it all the way back home, 10 miles, with no problem. Should I do a compression test? I have heard of people putting a teaspoon of WD40 in the spark plugs to remove any rust? Please let me know what I should do ! Thanks
Jim

I wouldnt worry about rust.. Water don't compress, you may have done some damage. A Compression test is indeed in order, also check to see if you have any oil spray in the engine bay around the head gasket.

Should I replace the spark plugs ? What about oil and filter?
