I dont see why not.. all my mods have been targeted to the 03-05 Z and they've fitted just fine.. but now you can actually get 06 parts and some manufacturer's even just change there sites from 03-05 to 03-06 on mostly all the parts.. if you have a 6mt you got a rev-up motor.. about the only thing you can't really touch is the cams... now after all these mods it's gonna change you air to fuel ratio.. so in order to get things working better you're gonna have to get a reflash.. as far as 06's go.. only the "U1" Ecu is listed under Technosquare or you can get a Utec..

All the parts should fit. From my understanding theres not to many gains to be had from a spacer on the rev-ups(Don't remeber so don't quote me) due to the fact i believe nissan had fixed the front two cylinder starvation problem from previous models, thats why there has been great gains on pre- rev-up motors.

True.. but then again with the rev-up motor we lost some torque.. but AAM's angled spacer has shown a 2-5whp gain but in terms of torque it has brought those number up big time.. close to 10 sometimes.. not to mentioned it was tuned.. cuz my buddy gained mad torque like this.. this is the only reason why I am getting the spacer.

Search buddy, just type rev up and many threads will show and many containing info about rev up. Now.. well of course AAM reflash would work.. not quite sure if they can do the rev up reflash.. but go ahead and ask them.. as far as U1 goes that is the ECU's ID and it's labeled on the ECU.. Technosquare which also does reflashes.. listed having a reflash for 2006 rev ups which have a U1 ecu.. which i think is mostly everybody.. but that's just my thought as i saw different ecu id's for the same year z.. like the 03's have the PC, PE etc.. so it's best to make sure you got that U1 label.. well good luck with the project man..

pretty much the only thing that wont work is...

Exhaust Cam Shafts (intake work but not worth the bother)

all intakes, exhausts, headers, highflow cats, suspension, etc etc works...

turbo kits you have to be carefull with intercooler piping getting close to the exhaust cam timing covers... but, then again, alot of custom tuning will have to be involved to get that to work...
