Put stock intake back on, now I get a SES light!? WTF?

I just swaped my AEM CAI with a stock from a friends 06 Z and I have been throwing an SES light ever since the install. We each kept our respective air flow sensors. I did install mine with the plug facing down by mistake but it still hooked up just fine. Why the heck is stock making the SES go off?

You might:

a. Remove the sensors and clean them

b. Its possible that by removing and installing several times you have broken a wire or connection. A continuity test might be worthwhile.
