everything morning i guess first 5~10mins. i have rattle noise coming from exhaust. and yesterday i lift the car and see if anything is touching the exhaust. and looks like there is a bolt on the right side near the rear wheel, is touching the exhaust. does any body have same problem?
is there anyway to fix this problem?

Mine was rattling because a bolt had been stripped. Make sure your bolts are not stripped. I took mine to my mechanic and he fixed my annoying rattle in minutes.
