The ultimate Topspeed Pro-1 exhaust thread
I'll copy part of a private message I sent to another user asking me the same question:
The Topspeed exhausts on eBay are not under the Topspeed brand. One could say the exhaust I bought is a fake, but it's not hard to tell at all that this exhaust is a genuine Topspeed exhaust. It sounds exactly like a Topspeed, looks exactly like a topspeed, etc. Just remember what the Topspeed exhaust looks like, and hunt for that. The exhausts should be around 300 dollars, if not dead on. One version I saw was 299 as well.
Just make sure it looks exactly like mine does in this picture:
On eBay, just look for "350Z exhaust" and you'll see it as a generic brand.

I doubt there's much performance gain from this exhaust. If anything, performance loss in the lower RPM. The top end seem to be slightly better than stock, however. But Acree will tell you I'm basically anti-Pro-1.
If you'd like you can come out to one of our meets (if you're nearby DFW) and hear the exhaust in person - with and without silencers.

I may be selling my exhaust soon. I'm currently in College Station but I travel to DFW often. It's the Top Speed Pro1 3" ypipe back. There's also an additional hanger I've had added so it wouldn't rub on the cross member. If anyone is interested, shoot me a pm.
