Default dent on exhaust?

hi there i was wondering if a welder can actually pop a dent or something in the bottom of the exhaust?
old owner was a gangster and never cared about speed bumps i guess
i love the exhaust on it now but the pride gets shattered when i see the little bump when the exhaust is raised on a hoist
or gotta buy a new one?
