Default idling problem

Need some suggestions. I just installed a Crawford plenum (black one) and having some major issues. When I go to start the car it will start, stumble at low RPM and then die. If I try to give it any gas the car will not respond. When it dies I hear a phssstt sound. I have triple checked all the vacuum lines and connections. Everything is tight and connected. Any ideas?

I did so more research and found out that I did something I probably should not have (removed the TB harness). I have tried following the ECU reset procedures and still have the same problems. Any ideas on what to try next? I have done numerous searches and coming up with nothing.
