Default Strange.... exhaust problem

Ok guys... first real mod and it was absolutely ridiculous. Helix Cat-back and Megan Y-pipe on in a record beaking 6 hr 44min. (not counting the 6 hours the night before of trying to get the goddamn bolts off without a wrench extension... all bad...

SO, THE PROBLEM IS... it is rattling. I've read the usual problems with rattling and yes i've tightened all the joints to torque specs and double checked my gaskets and whatnot. It rattles during regular driving hitting the bumps and stuff... but the strange thing is

at exactly 1100 rpm, i get a metallic note from the rear end of the car. It sounds like rattling but kind of like rattling inside the muffler. Best way to describe is the normal exhaust sound with quicker vibrations and a mettalic sound.

This ONLY happens at 1100 rpms and for about 50 rpms after that. It ONLY happens while in gear... not with the clutch in or in neutral. So.... any ideas?

All feedback is appreciated.

ChiShi

PS: err.. if people would like to answer my question about rattling over bumps and uneven pavement that'd be helpful too. I think the mid-pipe might be rubbing the brace... but not too sure, will double check that sometime.

** EDIT **
Umm, FYI, I also have a tiny leak caused by a droop between the y-pipe and mid-pipe. I think i know how to fix this but would not sure if this is connected to the rattling in any way, thanks.

I did not have the EXACT same problem, probably nobody has. I had to jack up the car off of all 4 wheels, loosen the exhaust connections, line everything up, keep an eye out for any place where the piping got close to the body, frame, or suspension, and slowly tighten everything up again. Then, look ever it and slide a rag around from one end to the other for any hidden tight clearances. Afterwards, no rattling or any other noise! If you can't do that, then you're just guessing or hoping...
