Default Y-Pipe Crooked?

I changed my differential and tranny oil and while I was under there I checked my exhaust. Looking at the y-pipe my right passenger side flex section is scratched up a lot more than the driver side. Drivers side is almost perfect. When I look at the y-pipe straight on from the side skirt area, I can tell the passenger side of the y-pipe hangs down a little lower than the drivers side. Anyone else notice this?
