I'm thinking of buying a plenum and mrev2 from them and just wanted some feedback as to whether or not theyre a reputable shipper. Anyone ever deal with them? Good or bad experiences? Thanks a lot

Yea I ordered my plenum and spacer 2 days ago as well. Have it set for Jan 2nd delivery. Cant wait to get it!

Does anyone know if they have a contact number? I ordered from the last friday and still havent heard anything about the order. Had it set for over night to arrive today and never heard any response from them. Anyone? Only reason Im a little worried already in this shot time, back when I had the Vw I delt with a situation like this when I bought something from EIP. Ordered it to be over nighted and ended up taking 2 months! Never could get a hold of them or anything either. Jsut makin sure that doesn happen again.

 

Ordering an item on a Friday before a long Holiday weekend, I doubt if you'll receive your shipment today. May not be anyone's fault necessarily.

I got ahold of them, said due to the long weekend itll come tomororw. They emailed me earlier. So far they have been a great company to deal with, I just for a moment got worried and thought about past experiences with other sh*ty companies. If all goes well I get the plenum and the spacer tomorrow and +1 for pastshippers.

 

I ordered a set of headers from them. They are very reputable.

 

Well so far its been a less then good experience. I still have not yet recieved my plenum or spacer. Had it set for overnight service to arrive Jan 2nd. It did not come but it figured due to the holiday weekend that they were busy and gave it a day. On the 3rd they said that it was going to arrive on the 5th. Well its the 5th today and still no package. I check the tracking number that they emailed me on the 3rd and it says it arriving the 8th now. WTF? If the tracking number is right it wasnt even sent out from them until the 4th. Just seems odd. I also wish that they would return my emails about this. Ive sent two emails for them so far and never have gotten a response back now. I know a lot of people have had good experiences with them but so far this has been a hasle that I wish I would have avoided. Sry...just wanted to share my experience so far.

 

Well an update to my order. Its sunday and still not a damn thing. THis is complete BS. I paid $40.00 some extra for over night and well ha lets say its coming ground it seems like. Also their customer service is a complete joke. Ive sent 5 emails now since thursday and numerous pms over here and still no response. I have a claim going through paypal right now to get my shipping costs back. anyway I dont know if this is a fluke or what but my experience with them so far has been way sub par.
