is there a big difference between them...power and rasp wise?

Power should be the same. The raspiness will depend on your setup after your TP. Resonated will just add to whatever you have to quiet it down.

The resonated test pipe is stuffed with some sort of noise deadening material. Does it make a difference? Yes. Is it BIG? Don’t know what you consider BIG.

Anytime you remove the cats, you will create rasp, it is inevitable. Resonated tp's don't have as much rasp as non resonated tp's.
