Default Problem with AEM CAI

Anyone have problems with their aem cai... I have been having problems with my car ever since i put it on. I thought it was bad gas but now I am going towards the intake as the problem. Everytime it rains or i wash it it seems to bogg down in higher rpms... I popped the hood today after it happened and there was water down by the intake. I didnt go through any puddles or even park it near any. I think it's cause of the wholes in the fenderwell but maybe i'm just the only person with this problem....

common problem with most CAI's placed infront of lower bumper, fact of life.
Buy a by-pass or deal with it

I thought all the AEM CAI comes with bypasses. I really don't think they are worth the trouble.

Because they use a dry filter any time there is any moisture on the filter it doesnt work. I took mine off and put stock back on.
