Default Can't Decide

Guys I am in a Jam. I have finally saved enough money for a new exhaust system but I can't decide on which one to get!! They are all too good in my opinion. First of all Let me tell you guys what my goal is so that you guys can help me decide on the right exhaust for my goal. My goal for my 350z is to get around 400 horsepower after I am finished w/ everything. Since this is my daily driver I can't have more than that or else in my eyes it won't be a daily driver car. Anyways I need something that is reliable also something that has a deep tone to it but I don't want it too loud. When I am cruising I just want a deep tone sound that sounds nice. I have these exhaust systems that I am thinking about: Blitz Nur Spec, Top Speed Pro1, Invidia, RSR, and Apexi N1. Out of these five exhaust what do you guys think will be the best one for me?

Hmm...most of those are cheaper exhausts. I'd only suggest the Blitz or Apexi out of those.

also I forgot to add the Blitz one is a little over 1 grand while the Apexi N1 dual exhaust is about 700 dollars at intensepower.com but I heard both exhaust through everything350z.com or w/e that site was and I love how the blitz has a deeper tone than the apex one but....ahhh haha see how this is driving me mad? Also I can't find any dyno sheets on both the exhaust so I don't know how well they perform....>.< Been searching like a mad man everywhere...used the search button didn't find anything blah

Most exhausts are going to give you the same amount of power (give or take one or two hp).

Yeah I basically went with the Nismo during the NA days then switched to the Greddy EvoTT after doing the FI.

Nvm...I decided I will go with Blitz. Apex is cheaper but I like the deeper tone of the Blitz and the stock look of the tips. =) Will post more on another thread =)

your goal is 400hp? You won't be making that kind of power N/A. If you are going for forced induction, your choice of exhaust should be different.

Get your priorities straight. Figure out what you're doing with the car first, before you start buying the mods of lesser consequence like exhaust.

Go forced induction now. You can figure out trivial details like the exhaust later.

FI is soo far off from me being able to afford it. 400hp is my goal but in reality its only probably gonna be around 300-350 or so. After the Exhaust, nismo exhaust manifolds are next on the list for me. Forced Induction would be great but I have no money for that. College Bills and rent and all w/ the payments on the car kills me enough already. another 4000-6000 grand will just bury me in debt so.

The other mods that I will do after the exhaust system will be exhaust manifolds, high flow cats, spacers, and Tein coilovers. After that if I get my second car, I will probably take out the engine and save up for the AEBS stroker kit XD. After all that I might be able to get a little bit closer to my goal XD. I did get my priorities straight just didn't write them on right. Or maybe its still messed up and I am just screwed for lifeXD

Guys the blitz Nur spec Touring exhaust system is dual tip right??!?!?!?!? I was confused after searching *********.com a bit. It says on the website that its a single canister tip. I saw the blitz nur spec exhaust on intensepower.com and it was duel tip. which one is it?!?!?!? driving me nuts tonight. -.-...also I am wondering if i should do this installation myself or should I just work w/ a shop and let them order it and install it because I have no way of transporting that big *** box to school or w/e. The 350z is my only car and daily driver so I don't know what to do atm. Do anyone of you guys from southern California know of a good performance shop that can order the exhaust and install it for you? I am thinking of asking my friend w/ a big car to help me out but it might be too much of a hassle...not sure yet. >.< any suggestions on what I should do? If I do install it myself I would have to take it to school somehow after I somehow get it home and finish the installation in about 1 hour or so. But my main question right now is is the Blitz Nur Spec Touring single tip or duel tip? too many different answers. I searched this forum and saw some people selling the blitz exhaust and some had it duel tip and this other person had it single canister. So I am definitly confused atm. Thanks for any help that can be given!

Wish I could tell you about the Blitz. But I am in the same situation as you.. can't decide on exhaust, keeping it N/A and want it to sound good, just don't want it loud..

The ones that Rob recommended was the Nismo and Stillen. any reason you're not considering these? He said the Nismo was heavier but quieter, the Stillen a little louder but more HP (both mainly because of weight.. less weight makes the car move faster, but also means less insulation which makes for more noise)
