Default injen exhaust problems

I know this thread sucks without pics but im just trying to get some advice before work. I have an injen dual exhaust on an 06 z and I have a few problems with it. It rattles every time I go over a bump or hole on the road and it also vibrates at certain rpm. I know that it's hitting the crossbar under the car and I was hoping that if I use some heat wrap it will go away? And my other problem is during installation the passenger side exhaust had to go over the cross bar and its now crooked(it tilts to the right side) and to make it straight I have to get a longer hanger/stiffer hanger, is there such a thing or is there a better fix? I tried a few thing already but I just cant get enough clearance for it to stop making noise and to make it straight.

p.s. when i get a chance ill get some pics up but it will be at the end of the week.

My Injen was hitting also.....brought it into the shop and found out that the pipe cracked right at the resonator. They welded it back together and made custom hangers to hold it up higher and it's been fine ever since. Cost me like $95 total for the weld and custom hangers. Also, make sure there aren't any heat shields hitting the exhaust, that could be causing your noise too.
