then yeah...its an exhaust leak.....i used to have the same problem when the hangers on my test pipes split open. tighten the bolts back down.....that or you have some fractures in the test pipes

If you have the TurboXS test pipes with the hangers I really recommend you unbolt the hangers or even cut them off. Many people including myself have had the hangers rip clean off at the welds leaving quarter sized holes.
