Maybe try a local machine shop to see if they know anyone who can weld TI?
Who is that maker of the titan exhaust that you own? I would contact them. Welding titanium involves a lot of prep and equipment that many shops are unequipped to handle.

+1 which is why Ti exhausts cost so much. Ti isnt expensive but what you mentioned above is what drives the cost.
