Talking Fast Intentions NEW TI TIPS!

OK so I finally got around to installing and taking a few pics of the new exhaust.
The install took about 6 hours due to frequent breaks and difficulty removing the stock exhaust form those dam hangers!
At first startup, it sounded LOUD and had a pretty bad drone down below 2k rpm (yes, i shift low and lug the motor around) but the boom had passed within an hour or two. It still maintains that VQ-esqe note but makes it much deeper. Its quiet enough to allow me to slip back into my driveway late at night without having old neighbors calling, but it can set off car alarms if you floor it nearby parked cars. (not recommended)
I did not notice any torque loss down low like many people claim there is, and it DEFINITELY pulls harder up top.

Here is what my setup sounds like, keep in mind I also have cats and a bunch of intake mods. Ignore the tools in the background, construction going on outside

And now the pics....

Glad you like it! It'll sound better and better over the next 400-500 miles as it seasons too.

TQ loss in this system is only felt from about 2100-2250 RPM range - never noticeable...

The video also doesnt quite grasp how loud they are and the rumble at idle... I just realized that compared to a stock clip I had, this one sounds just as loud.

One more thing... the fitment and quality of the welds was as good, if not better than, stock. Since most of my other mods had fitment issues,(cats not lining up, plenum rubbing against hood, Stillen strut bar incompatible with Stillen intake, etc...) it was a relief that this one went in perfectly.
