Default 02 sensors? need help asap.

ok guys im on my way home from work today and i hear mytest pipes start making an awful sound. Im on the highway so i pull off the nearest exit. Sounds like im running open exhaust. I pull over get out look under the car and my 02 sensor came out of my bung or whatever its called and is completely gone? wire is still dangling there but thats it WTF. I Tightened the crap out of them when i put them on. Im not gonna drive the car till i get it fixed but where can i get a Driverside 02 sensor? Are they all just plug and play or what? i didnt really wanna go to the dealer And here how i voided my warranty etc. Thanks guys.

Despite rumours to the contrary, there are no warranty spies in the parts department. What you will get is an entire sensor assembly.

Then it is time to do a little trouble shooting. Like what made the sensor fall out of the test pipe?

oem i think would be better quality, and you are putting them in a z? I might think differently if i was putting them into a pos though. oem is usually better quality than the chain parts store replacements though.

If you have to drive the car around - maybe over 10 miles or so, I wouldn't You'll foul out plugs, run super rich, and throw things off.

Rent a car for a day.
