They're all quite good. The distinguising factors you need to consider are:
Looks
Brand name
Dual vs Single
Value
Weight
Sound
There are no aftermarket exhausts which are considered Bad for NA but Good for FI. You're safe if you buy brand name like you described.
Custom exhausts - you're in unexplored territory and could lose torque/hp.
edit:
Actually, there is some interesting stuff i just read about back pressure / scavengine / free flowing characteristics in NA exhausts. for example in the <ahem> Volvo forum

Sport Z Magazine did a comparison test several years ago. You might try searching for that here on the forum or check out Nissan Sport's website to see if they have it archived there.
Personally I have a Borla dual exhaust. Nismo, Stillen and Injen also make exhuasts for the Z that have gotten good reviews.

my budgets around 1100 or under i want either one of the ones i listed up there probly evo2, if not evo2 then probably borla or tanabe concept g just wanna make sure all these are legit for na
I was in the same situation as you're in now a few months. I had pretty much the same budget and wanted the best results with my new exhaust. I decided to go with the RSR. It sounds great and looks great. It's also an easy bolt on. Before you decide which exhuast to buy i would check out the sound clips for them.

^ So in all realities this is what a "TUNE" will correct? Putting a ratio of the fuel and oxygen to make it perform back to normal and correct the imbalances through the power band??

A tuner with a dyno can tweak the ECU for better performance. That's why a session with a knowledgeable tuner will cost about $900.
If you're staying NA, get a single pipe exhaust like the Nismo or Borla single. Duals are absolutely unnecessary and add weight. I have the Borla TD because I'll eventually have some sort of FI or an LS2 swap.
