Default APS Tallboy Plenum Install Question

http://www.airpowersystems.com/350z/plenum/bom.htm

Someone tell me why you need #11 on the parts list?
Do you really need to install those bolts?

lol. I bought it used and those four bolts were missing. I am guessing that they are replacing some stock bolts in the same location.

Does anyone know if he'll have a vacuumed leak if he doesn't put those screws in? What you could do, hehe I dropped one when installing a kenetics is goto a auto parts store with the long screw that filled it and tell them you want a smaller one with the same threading.

if you look at your stock plenum and compare it to aps tallboy. you will find out why you need them four bolts. i'm sure you can order those through contacting aps or find the simular bolts at you local autoshops.

he will probably have a leak. Even if no leak, its better to have it anyway.

You can actually go to the dealer and but the stock bolts from the top and cut it short or bring that bolt to the auto shop and buy the same thread size with shorter length.

I'm curious as to what purpose the 4 bolts have. I've personally only installed a 5/16th spacer. Instead of having bolts in these locations, they had plastic spacers.
