it was my y pipe, i guess the the bottle necking and extra exhaust flow from the headers together is what did it, because before the headers i never had that problem. i put on the tanabe y pipe and it solved 99% of the rasp. and it acuatally made it sound alot and i mean a lot better, higher but mellower pitch due to the smaller piping and different merge. sounds almost like the stock tanabe system exhaust again. less drone at low rpms, and less high winning at high to middle rpms.

Have you ruled out the 'buzzing' noise isn't metal touching metal somewhere? Could just be a vibration at a certain frequency.
