when I got my injen track in the mail, the shippers had bent one of the exhaust tips just a slight bit. the bend is right on the very edge of the exhaust tip. it was as if they dropped it on the tip or something and and bent it inward. any tips on fixing it and getting it as close to perfectly round as possible.


I don't have any pictures as of just yet, and I probably won't for a few days because I am stuck (literally, I can't go home) for the next two days, but I will post one up asap.

 

maybe when we see pics we could help...maybe contact injen about getting a new tip?

 

if you bring it to an exhaust shop, they should fix it. My gf's uncle's exhaust shop, they have a machine to fix bent tips. It's like a hydralic machine that you slide in the tip and it gets bigger until the bent is pushed out perfect. I wish i knew the name of the machine to make it easier when calling around for shops.

 

yeah e-mailed injen and asked them if they could replace the whole muffler, and they simply wrote back "we don't sell individual mufflers". which actually really pissed me off because they were absolutely no help what so ever.
