Default FYI - Nice Exhaust Sytem

Just thought I'd post my thoughts on a new exhaust system I purchased off eBay. It a new 3" Stainless Steel exhaust from the y-pipe back for only $229. The sellers rating was high (100%) so I thought I'd give it a try. Very impressed so far. It has a real nice growl but it's not real loud (much much nicer than stock). High quality welds. At this price it must be made overseas.

eBay seller = Nissangtrpower
Seller's Rating for over 15,000 transactions = 100% (wow)
Price = $229 plus $100 shipping
Installation at a local muffler shop = $130

Link to one of his Auctions

Since the link will soon disappear you can just do a search on eBay using "Nissangtrpower 350z" and checking the box "Search title and description"

How was the quailty and fitment, I was just ready to change my y-pipe out. But the price seems good and stainless I might have to try it. DEpends on the fitment. Honestly, it looks the same as stock, just without the resonator.

There's a small resonator.

Fitment was very good. The installer did have to put it in the bender to tweak it just a bit to get it to fit but it was not a big deal (although that would have prevented most of us from doing it at home).

I have to admit that I am really impressed with the overall quality and sound.

It feels like it added power. It runs like a scalded cat.

And I know this sounds stupid but the seller has a 100% satisfaction rating on eBay and claims "up to 15 horsepower increase"

So your car sounds just like the soundclip posted on the seller's website?

That doesn't sound bad at all. Hell, it sounds good!

Yes it does. I really like the new tone a lot. When you get above 4K rpm it really sounds nice.
