Default Gaskets

I recently had a shop put on some test pipes and one of the mechanics did not put the gasket on one end. The result is a pretty nasty exhaust leak. I do not have my old gaskets and he lost the new ones. Where could I find a gasket for the 3 hole end? Do I have to order it from a dealer?

Unless they're visibly damaged, clean off and reuse the old gaskets. I have been through two sets of HFCs, back and forth to the OEM cats, all on the same gaskets, and they still seal perfectly. If it's not broke, don't fix it.
