You have to use a sealant for it? Weird.

i didnt use any sealant... i was actually advised against from my mechanic buddy. Ive had it since xmas now and no leaks or problems yet... was a great mod too.. only took maybe 20 mins to installed.... dont worry bout the smoke when you start it up after install.. its just all the oils from plastics and ur hands burning off

I just looked it up on their website and they are saying to use any auto motive grade sealant. You sure your mech didnt put any thing on it? What did you torque the bolts to?
