anyone know the torque specs?

as tight as u can get them?! i have never torqued any of my headers.they never leaked......im guessin it would be in th 20ftlb range.....

This is from the 2007 manual (stock manifolds of course):

Stud bolts 11 ft-lb.
Nuts 22 ft-lb.
