Default I think I put my exhaust hanger on backwards?

Long story short...took off the 2nd last rear hanger on passenger side to remove exhaust...and I managed to put the new exhaust on, but I may have put the hanger back on the wrong side...it was way too tight, but does anyone have a picture of how its supposed to be? I hung it on the exhaust side, and it was really tight, wondering if it shoulda been on the engine side.

Also...anyone with a EVO2 exhaust have their evap hoses sitting right against (TIGHT) the exhaust? I just used the heat wrap that was included to wrap all the hoses...hopefully that will suffice.

Thanks in advance!

ps the EVO2 is QUIET...holy cow...quieter than stock...different note, I like it...sounds more open...but definately not louder or much louder than stock.

Driver side, passenger side, engine side, exhaust side, wtf are you talking about? I take it English is not your primary language? I've been all over the exhaust system of the Z from one end to the other, several times, and I still can't make any sense of what you're talking about. As far as i know, there is but one way to put hangers on the exhaust, and if you reverse them or put them somewhere else, they won't bolt up.

um...I think its pretty clear...but let me elaborate...I have a dual exhaust...so on the passenger side of the exhaust, the 2nd to last hanger towards the rear can be removed with a 12mm socket...I don't recall if I removed that specific bolt facing towards the front of the car...or facing to the back...i put it on facing back. but yes...english is the only language I can speak and write it...but forgive me, as years of coding has deteriorated my regular english abilities...

My apologies, it IS clear now. I was looking at the other hanger just forward of that one, and the bolt you are asking about DOES go in from the rear of the car. FWIW, during one of the many installations I did on the Z, I do recall having a hard time making that connection. The exhaust manufacturer's suggestion was to position the exhaust cannister so it sits square as viewed from the rear, and then bend the hanger rod so that particular bolt fits snugly to hold the exhaust in check.
