Ok I put the JIC y-pipe on my Radster and those that said it would not change sound were wrong. Not a bad sound with this y-pipe but not as agressive as the Nismo y-pipe so I will be changing back. The HFC will just have to break. Hopefully if they are going to break it will be before the warranty is out on the HFC. Anyway when I change back I would like to get the gaskets like what came with the Nismo system. Gaskets from auto strore were close but still seemed a bit smaller. Anyway where would I get the gaskets for the Nismo cat-back system. I would like to get the gaskets that fit between the cats and y-pipe as well as the gasket between the y-pipe and midpipe. Thanks for any direction you can give me.

hey do you know after getting headers and down pipes there should be a rattling noise or vibebrating thing inside your car on neutral and it has a whistle noise it may be the intakes with headers?

 

The rattling sounds wrong especially if just at idle. Add that with the whistling and I would guess things need to be tighter and you have an exhaust leak. Now back to my question anybody know where I can get the gaskets?

 

Did the dealer not have them?

 

Both of them are available in our store. Sorry, but our HFC's won't break. You'll have them for years.

Maybe so but did not need them til the weekend and will be leaving town this week and thought I was leaving town tonight til next weekend. Will check dealer tomorrow.
