Ok I have been reading the boards a few months now and i am not really seeing the answers to my questions, just debates or this one guy said but that guy said.

So here is my plan .....
Skunk2 exhaust .......... will it bolt up to my 07 with out having to reweld hangers or extend or decrease conection to cats?

Will test pipes bolt between stock headers and the skunk2 exhaust?

Will the stillen headers bolt up to engine and the test pipes?

The problem really seems to be with the headers and the test pipes, any info would be great ........... im getting the exhaust first and headers and test pipes im just giving more time to see if an HR version is made soon.

 

Plenty of members have installed exhaust mods on the VQ35HR motor. Do what they did. Problem solved.

 

YOUR CAR WILL EXPLODE.

most of the companies have come out with 07' exhaust components so I'd say just go with that....AAM has a couple products that have shown good gains on HR's, as have several other companies. Just steer clear of Nismo...unless all you want is bling and sound, and power/cost ratio is of no concern.

I'd give the headers some time, AAM makes some special HR-designated test pipes..go ahead and get them while you're waiting for headers.
