Default Nismo split the Y-pipe?

I saw this on ebay, I didn't think you could buy just the Nismo Y-pipe??

Has anyone ever seen a split up S-tune exhaust like this? I assume that's what it is, but I didn't think the nismo y-pipe would fit a stock setup.

Also...might as well ask this, I also saw this on ebay:

Looks pretty good to me, anyone have any experience? I hate to buy cheap parts for my car, but...I just had to ask, I've never seen a Y-pipe this cheap new.
