RS*R Silencer Removal HELP!!

I just had the cat back exhaust installed but the shop couldn't get the silencers off. He removed the screws & tugged but they wouldn't budge. Is there a special way to remove them ? Thanks in advance!

Nevermind. Bent the tips if the silencers with all the tugging in every direction but they came out.
