No doubt. I have very cranky neighbors. When I had my NA-T Supra they hated me. I had the Blitz Nur Spec and the HKS Blow-Off Valve that were LOUD and they all gathered and complained to me that I woke them up in the morning when I went to work around 4am. So I try to keep it as silent as possible.

I'm gathering with some friends over the weekend and hitting up some local mount roads so I'll take more clips then.

Uh oh, that's not a good sign. I was about to order the Berk High Flow Cats with brackets, but now, with your testimony, I am not sure if I trust Berk high flows.....

I've had Berk HFCs for over 5,000 miles. No cracks or CELs.

I think it's hit or miss with this company. Try AAM or Stillen?

Don't get me wrong... I love Berks... and their customer service is top notch... but I'm really debating this now. This is the second pair to crack on me. It causes me downtime since this is my daily driver and I don't like to take my saleen out of storage everytime. I dont really hear of Berks test pipes or HFC's cracking so I have no idea what could be going on. Bad sets maybe

I'm looking around for some other one's if Berks decides not to replace my cracked HFC's. They refunded my money for the test pipes so I decided to upgrade to the Metallic HFC's. But now this happened. They sure did last longer than the test pipes though.

I sent Bryan an email regarding this issue and a few pics of the cracked HFC. It actually cracked right where the Cat is attached to the brace. It's a HUGE leak that melted part of the wiring to the O2 sensor... how that happened I have no idea. I'm hoping he'll be kind enough to replace this pair as well. I just don't know how it will be asking for a refund after he already replaced my Test Pipes at no cost.

Man, that is not good at all. I will hold off on it till i see some kind of updates from you. I would also like to see some kind of resolution to your ordeal from Berk as well. My guess is, they will need to have a better welder or better materials and quality control. Otherwise, I think i will go with Stillen, which my boy has on his Z. It sounded bad *** with Evo TT exhaust.

Yeah I know... I haven't heard back from them... I emailed them on Monday so I'll give it another day. If not then I'll have to contact them via-phone. Thing is that I get really busy at work that sometime I can't even take a break... so I gotta find the time... I was looking at Stillen and Ultimate Racing. I was gonna try the Intense Resonated Test Pipes but they're currently on backorder. They wont have then in until 3 weeks and I don't think I can wait that long.

^^
I know a lot of people dislike Megan Racing, but I have to say they offer a unique test pipe that features flex sections built-in..

The new V2 (version 2) is the one that comes with the flex sections, and is a good bargain. If I were you I would be all over those test pipes..

I've heard about that too. But It seems like A LOT of people dislike Megan Racing and a bunch state that their Pipes are crap... Maybe I'll run them and see for myself... Berk hasn't contacted me so this might be my only option to get my car back up and running. Thanks for the info

Hi got your email. We'll get you taken care of.

You may have a bad motor mount which is causing too much flex. We'll take care of it anyhow. Sorry about the trouble man.....

Thank you. I just recently installed the Megan Test Pipes so it's not as urgent but I appreciate you guys taking care of me. I will need to get the motor mounts checked out as you've pointed this out and this maybe causing the problem.
