lol I mean I don't plan to buy them I just thought it was funny. I go on ebay every so often to look at the goofy stuff people "sell" for our cars...just thought these were interesting

a good rule of thumb is: you get what you pay for.

56 bucks. Give it a shot if you don't mind doing the install twice. Do a before and after dyno. If they never crack, you saved a butt load, if they blow into a million pieces on start up, well you only lost 56 bucks.

has anyone here done their own headers install? I'm curious about the difficultly. Obviously I'm not buying the ebay ones. And also I don't really want my car any louder. Do headers have to mean louder exhaust note?

walkert who is a certified mechanic, who has worked on numerous Z's doing bolt on mods, did his own headers on his 04 Z. took him 8 hours on his back and his hands were eaten alive. good luck.

Put it like this, I took my Alphawerks headers off to bring my Z back to stock to get a new motor and I sold them because that's one thing I'll never do again.
