I have become completely infatuated with the Amuse R1 Titan sound...that I have become willing to fork out the cash for one; but that will kill my supercharger savings fund...

What other exhaust out there creates a sound closest to the Amuse exhaust?...If I can find a cheaper alternative it may save me a year or two on my supercharger saving fund...

I personally think the sound from Amuse SUCKS on the vids of seen. only thing good is weight saved

 

there is nothing out there that sounds remotely close to an Amuse unfortunately

you have a pretty discerning ear for video sound apparently. schweet.

 

opinions are like a$$holes every 1 has 1 and it usually stinks.

Nice vids. The Amuse is gorgeous.

 

just get one custom made. there is nothing real special about the design. it just uses 3 resonators like a corsa exhaust would. no mufflers and adding resonators usually ends up sounding very nice. make a 3" pipe off the y-pipe with one 3" resonator in-line. then y out that pipe to two 2.25" pipes that wrap around into 2 seperate resonators, with tips exiting them.

Based on those videos...my Borla TD doesn't sound much different. Neither do the Fast Intentions and Stillen, imo.
