Default Aem Cai

I have an 2003 and was wondering if I could take the AEM CAI I have and make it a SRI. Is that at all possible or would that not work? The reason I ask is because the filter got wet today when it rained and would rather go SRI, but dont want to have to buy another intake.

Cut it and turn it. Viva intuition. Either that or go to the intakes for sale section and trade it for a JWT popcharger.

That, or AEM offers a bypass valve which is designed for that reason. I suggest taking that route.
