Yeah I've been wondering about the sound too. The craftsmanship looks excellent but according to the description it seems like the exhaust is going to be too quiet for my taste. I need to hear sound clips.

I think I remember reading that it is not a full exhaust, more of a muffler replacement.

^ Ditto, I called Greddy and they said its just the muffler; no piping. They also said its practically the SP2, except with burnt tips. As per Greddy, they said its not a performance muffler, more so for show instead of gains.

doesn't the sp2 have minimal performance gains though? i was under the impression if i replaced the entire exhaust with just about anything, you could get small performance gains since the z exhaust system is pretty restrictive.

Actually NO exhaust gives you much of anything power wise on an NA 350Z. If you want more HP, test pipes are the best exhaust mod you can make.

The main selling points should be looks and sound. IMO

a bit louder than stock. most of the people i talked to that had it said it was just a much nicer looking stock exhaust, just a little deeper tone if anything.

No it does not include the y-pipe or midpipe! Just a shiny muffler for $700.

My brother has the GReddy SP2 exhaust on his RX8 and it sounds okay. Definitely louder over his stock tone. It sounds real crisp and toned.

Well I think I'll pass on a $700 muffler replacement. I'd understand if it was a complete system.

Doesn't seem like it. I don't think many are going to buy a $700 muffler.
