are headers like turbos? should I get two or three of them and if so, will they make my ***** larger the more I have?

my friend, who owns a car, told me that turbos make my ***** larger so I should get the largest one I could... but it doesn't feel any larger. it just sort of hurts. so I am pretty sure I am doing it wrong.

or maybe headers would fix it? do I put a vacuum to one end and insert into the other? do I put my each of my ***** in one and my shaft in the other? there are three holes so I am confused. or are they sized so as I get bigger from the headers that I step up, if so are there directions included with them so I don't start off too large?
