Default Kentix SSV or Aps upper plenum+Mrev2

Ok Z drivers
Facts
Im a 350Z TT driver - APS setup
I've been around this forum and others and heard different opinions
I still have not seen any facts(other than dealer claims) that either one is better

At this point i have the APS upper plenum on my car and i haven't had any problems and even had decent gains when i wasnt FI

I believe i could see some gains if i get the MREV2 to add to the fun
or
Would i be better off getting the Kentix SSV seeing how it deletes the use of a plenum setup?

Has anyone done any dyno studys........personal feelings of this are wanted as well!!!!!!

Stick with 5/16 spacer and call it a day. It yields most gains, and its comparable to SSV, if not better for NA.

So changvi
you are saying add the 5/16 spacer to the APS upper plenum (i already the APS) and that setup should pretty much be perfect?

Price/Value. Go with the 5/16 spacer for N/a. The gains or not that different over the SSV for a N/a setup

If going FI 5/16 spacer or SSV. The SSV seems to show a little better gain in FI setup. But price wise I would still take the 5/16th space.

There are alot of talented people on this broad. I am sure if you did around on the search, you may find some dynos comparing the 5/16 to the SSV.

i think you are a bit confused with my question
First im no longer concern with N/A setups because i am FI
Second i already have the APS upper plenum
I am thinking of building on to the APS upper plenum or getting the SSV
I understand you said the MREV wont help seeing how im not a rev-up

So in different words my big question is??????
So using as a combination you are saying use the APS upper plenum with a 5/16 spacer
over
the SSV?

No, if you already have APS plenum, just stick with that because that is all you need. SSV is no better than APS when FI.

Stick with the APS.

There have been quite a few individuals, moderators and dyno shops on this board that dynod the SSV for both NA and FI.

The general consensus is that the SSV loses "area under the curve" in the majority of cases.

You should be able to find the reviews with a search. Many of the reviews were in the 2006 time frame though so you will have to dig deep.
