Default Nismo CAI 08

Hi i just got a nismo CAI dual for my 08 350z but not sure if it has water bypass vavle included. I dont see one when i open it up but i might be wrong. If i do need to get one which one is the best and where? And do you think water can get into the area of the intake cause it sits high up there instead of the single intake which sits low near the fender and tires.

If the filters are near the same level as the headlights, then you do not need the bypass valve.

You would have to drive through standing water higher than the level of your air filter in order to ingest water into your intake system.

there is no bypass valve for ths kit. it is not needed and it is not a CAI like the DE version is. as for water, unless you totally submerge the entire front of your car into a pool of water, there is no way it can get to those filters.
