Default Real quick question! Test Pipes

Well im buying some test pipes for the Z and I was wondering does it matter if I get a 3.5" or does it have to be 2.5", oh yeah and I have a nismo exhaust system so is there a SPECIFIC " inch one that i have to buy? thanks oh yeah and how much does midas or someone charge for installation? than ks

I would prefer to keep the entire exhaust consistent: 60 mm to 60 mm to 60 mm for example. It makes little sense to go 50 mm to 70 mm back to 50 mm. Resistance is the smallest component.

Be cautious with a chain like Midis. They profit from speed not quality. Ask for a shop recommendation in your regional forum.

+1 about keeping the sizes the same. Be careful Nismo's are known for cracking test pipes. Also I wouldnt recommend Midas to install the test pipes.
