Do you have to remove your bumper for a GruppeM Intake install?
Im assuming its a MUST but I was wondering if I can just take out the wheelwell fender guards out and install the parts into place?
Any thoughts as Im excited about installing this intake but hate the idea of taking off my week old bumper

That's what I have read on their instructions and from other people who have installed it. At least the bumper is easy to take off.

I will be very intersted in the results of your install as I'm thinking of getting the very same intake setup, could you tell me where to get one from.
Many thanks.

If your would have done a search, you would of found the answer to your question. It's a pretty easy intstall, and you need to take out the bumper to install the ram air.
Here's the link:

Not sure if I left a link to take out the bumper, but do a search on that.

yes you need to take it off - mine is going on this week as well, and we'll be selling them soon

Can someone tell me what sort of filter element is used in this intake? Any pics of the filter itself?
Thanks!
