Default HKS exhaust help...

I had my HKS tru dual hi-power exhaust installed today and i got two problems. First, the pipes was too close to a sway bar under my car and i have to live with a bit of rattling. Another problem is the tip on passenger side is higher than the driver side ( not balance). Do any of you guys with the HKS have this problem? Is there a way to fix it? Thxs ahead...

is it new or used? Did the person who installed it do it correctly? Mine was perfect fit, no rattle or anything.
