could it be that you feel and hear that HKS is the best?? people say it cost more so you wanna be a baller with a high price exhaust??? do what you want its youre car!

 

pick up the current issue of DSPORT. it has a integ in the front cover.

inside they covered a 05 revup g35 with 3 mods page 88

1. Stillen Z-tube intake - gained 3.55hp
2. HKS HI-POWER EXHAUST - gained 6.32hp
3. Stillen ground wires - gained 1.77hp

total cost: $1975.00 - $2075.00

so is your money worth the +700.00$ (est. used price?) for a measly 6.32hp?

when i purchased my car it came with a real hks,the previous owner had no idea what kind of exhaust it was,sucker

 

How can you tell if an hks exhaust is real or not?

 

If it sounds like **** it's HKS. If it sounds like big pile of **** it's knockoff

The Hks exhaust is kinda on the quiet side I sorta wish I went with greddy haha. But I have to admit the tips are sick!!

LOVE MY HKS! Combined with the Berk HFC and Stillen Gen 3 CAI and JWT Flywheel, the butt dyno got a rash. The sound is exotic at WOT!

Im in Stafford which is SW of Houston. Where are you located?

 

HKS w/o tp or hfc is a little on the quiet side unless that's what you want. It's also pretty heavy. The titanium tips is the only part that attracts me to it.

 

HKS is the ultimate in looks, the sound is not that great tho.

 

Ultimate in looks? hardly.

The Amuse exhaust is one of the nicest looking out there.
